Acerca del autor

Steven W. Gilbert received his PhD in science education from Purdue University in
1985 and has written extensively on models and modeling as a way to understand
science. In addition to eight years of high school science teaching, he has been
a professor of elementary and secondary science teacher education in Texas,
Michigan, Indiana, and Virginia. He currently resides in Bloomington, Indiana,
where he writes on science education and other topics.
