Sam Maze served as the Equal Employment Opportunity Affirmative Employment Program Manager (EEO/AEP) in the government with 30 years of experience. He served as the VISN 22 EEO Manager for 5 Medical Centers. He managed the Diversity Committee. He is a Conflict Resolution Manager. He went from a GS-4 to a GS-13. He is an expert EEO Counselor.r. He has over 20 years experience as an EEO Investigator. He is a Certified Mediator. He has facilitated hundreds of training sessions on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment, EEO and Diversity. He received EEO Manager of the year award for the entire nation. . He is one of the founders of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of (BIG) and served as the President of the Inland Empire Chapter. He became the Region IX Council President. Sam serves on the BIG National Board of Directors. His main focus is helping others. He obtained certification as a Facilitator of "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People". He is working on two more books. He is currently entrepreneur of “Distinguished Consultant Corporation” .
