In The Book of Is, Frank Mosca shares a gift that was the joy of his life for over 40 years. It began when Frank met Bruce Di Marsico, creator of The Option Method, a methodology for realizing the total freedom and happiness that is our being. That meeting changed Frank's life and the way he saw the world forever. The author of several other books about the Option Method, in this concise volume, Frank explores the metaphysical essence of what it means for all of us to have the secret to abiding happiness and freedom as the essence of our being. "Is is" he proclaims, "the state of absolute potential!" realized in every instant of now. And what is the potential that he is always talking about? That "Happiness is who we are - a fundamental quality of our ontological makeup." The book is a meditation on the core wisdom of a method that "offers the light of being, being free and being happy, exploring: •The crucial difference between beliefs and knowing, •How beliefs hold us in the grip of primal dread, •The "pseudo knowledge of our constraining narratives," •The link between being and true knowledge, •Accessing the only solid ground available to us --living in •"zero" time - without constraining narratives, •Coming alive in our Being/Freedom/Happiness Wherever you are in your own evolution, The Book of Is lovingly and joyously invites you to meet your "never-ending potential."
