Biografía del autor

Michael Echols was educated as physicist and a mathematical model builder and received his PhD from the University of California at Berkeley. Currently, he is the director of the Human Capital Lab and vice president of strategic initiatives at Bellevue University. He is sought after engaging speaker. H e is passionate about creating cultures in organizations where people are managed as the organization's greatest asset.
