Acerca del autor

Elizabeth Jane is a painter, poet, writer and author. She openly shares her transformational journey through a difficult and painful divorce, encouraging others to embark on their own journey to find inner happiness and become the master of their mind and the leader of their life. Born in Melbourne, Australia and now living in Sydney, New South Wales, Elizabeth has four adult children and a deep passion for creativity and uplifting those around her. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and later completed a Diploma in Education, initially working as an accountant and then moving into primary school teaching. More recently, Elizabeth has found her true joy in creative expression, firmly believing that creative therapy is the key to discovering one's true potential and happiness. Today she is an active mentor and spokesperson who focuses on writing, keystnote speaking, yoga and meditation, painting, travelling and spending time with her family. An eternal optimist, Elizabeth hopes to inspire others to unlock their joy and live their best life through her insights, learnings, tools and encouragement.
