SAM is sitting in his guest room. His friend JAX joins him. They talk about homely issues, their life, and the world. JAX is a retired banker and an old man of eighty years who has been beaten by his only son and daughter-in-law. His wife is dead. He is from Ownland, where his forefathers had settled. He lives alone with his son and daughter-in-law. JAX believes the world runs on the ‘zero into nine’ formula, that life is absolutely meaningless – the world never runs on the ‘zero plus nine’ formula. SAM is happy and has five sons and several grandsons. After some time, his fourth son, GAY arrives announcing he wants to divorce his wife, LESB, because she is an adulteress and has given birth to a child within their fourth month of marriage. His name is PRE, and his wife names him POST: there are two names for the child – PRE and POST.
