Sergey Gorbatov is an adjunct professor at IE Business School and Director General Manager of Development at AbbVie in Madrid, Spain. Angela lane is Vice President of Talent and Development at AbbVie in Chicago, Illinois. The authors have written for MIT Review, Dialogue, and the International Society for Performance improvement on the topic of feedback.
