Five animals are explored through rhyme, pictures and pull-out 2D figures to construct into 3D: leopard, giraffe, elephant, lion and zebra. With two spreads dedicated to each animal, adults will be able to read the short playful rhyme on each spread to children and look at the bright illustrations to teach them about the animal and its environment. Children will then be able to pop out the paper animals from the perforated pages contained in an pocket in the back of the book and create 3D figures by simple folding and a few dabs of glue. This will help develop their motor skills and encourage imaginative play and conversation.

Acerca del autor

Madeleine Rogers started her company, Mibo, in 2001, with the aim of creating well-designed, lasting products for the home. From humble beginnings selling lampshades at Old Spitalfields Market in London, she was soon having orders from stores such as Liberty and the Conran shop. Since then, Mibo has expanded its range to include make-at-home products for children and a range of children's accessories.
