Enclosed within this book contains information based on my real life experiences that I researched, discovered, tried and tested whilst embarking on my hair growth journey for over 3 and a half years. Now this book is completely different to any other book I have read before and I have purposely designed it this way, with the hope that I will be able to relate to each individual reader in one way or another. The books I have read to date, teach you great principles about hair care, however, I wanted to have the opportunity to tell you my story from firsthand experience about my journey and what I went through to get there. In doing this, I am hoping to provide you with a more personal approach with the main aim of helping to encourage, motivate and inspire you to get started on your hair growth journey, eliminating any self-doubt or disbelief that our hair does not grow or cannot grow long. With the simply methods and techniques contained within this book, I will show and prove to you (step by step) what I did to grow my hair long and how I achieve my hair growth goals way beyond what I had ever expected, but most importantly, to let you know that you can do it too. I want you to see and read the experiences, struggles and lessons I learnt along the way and for you to know that there will always be many hurdles in trying to achieve anything you set out to do in life.
