Reseña del editor

Queen didn t just give audiences music. They gave them a show. Bands in 1971 dressed the same as their audience: long hair, jeans, scruffy shirts. They d shuffle onto the stage, start playing and that was it. Most of them barely looked up. Right from the start Queen did things their own way. They gave audiences however small in the early days something to remember. When Queen took to the stage it was to a fanfare of sound, a barrage of smoke and a lightshow years ahead of Close Encounters. Always ahead of the game with stage effects, some of their lighting rigs were significant enough to earn their own nicknames among fans The Crown was a staple for two tours. Forty years after Queen was formed and 20 years after the death of legendary Freddie Mercury, Queen is back in this remarkable book celebrating the exuberance of the greatest live act of all time.
