Acerca del autor
Following more than a decade as psychotherapist with a thriving practice, Alison Russell became passionate about the role of emotional maturity in mental health problems. She turned her attention to developing the subject, using her previous working experiences in childcare and retailing. She has spoken at conferences in the UK and taken workshops in the UK and Australia. Alison is a regular speaker and contributor to the press, radio and online. She lives in North Yorkshire, where she is also a professional taster of chocolate for Nestle.
