Acerca del autor

R J Garde (Prof Emeritus) obtained M.S. and Ph.D. from the colorado State University. He was professor of hydraulic engineering at teh University of Roorkee, India where he was engaged in teaching and research in fluid mechanics and fluvial hydraulics. Since 1991 he has been attached to the Central Water and Power Research Station at Pune, India under UGC and INSA Fellowship. He is a Fellow of the Indian National Science Academy, indian National Academy of Engineering and the Institution of Engineers (India)
