Charles Dickens was an English novelist and social critic whose works are among the most widely read and studied in English literature. His novels and stories include A Christmas Carol and Great Expectations. Dickens's writing is known for its memorable characters, vivid depictions of Victorian society, and enduring attention to poverty, injustice, generosity, and moral change.

Jen Green is a British author and educational writer who lives near Sussex, UK. Green has written hundreds of books for children and young adults and adapted several classic literary works for Classical Comics, including Great Expectations.

John Stokes has a career spanning more than five decades adducing which time he has illustrated countless adventure and humor comics. He provided the linework for Classical Comics' adaptation of Great Expectations but The Importance of Being Earnest was this first fully illustrated work for Classical Comics, contributing script adaptation, character design and artwork.

Jason Cardy is a Welsh comic book artist who has colored a number of titles in the Classical Comics range including Frankenstein and Sweeney Todd.

Jim Campbell is a professional comic book letterer and has lettered many titles in the Classical Comics range including A Midsummer Night's Dream, Romeo & Juliet, Great Expectations, and The Canterville Ghost. He lives in Nottingham, UK.
