Richard Dealtry is the author of a number of management processes including the widely adopted Corporate University Blueprint design and management process and the Dynamic SWOT Analysis real time programme portfolio management process. He is a highly experienced international manager who has specialised in the design and delivery of action inspired professional management programmes and projects for high level integrated development. Richards international experience has been gained in both private and public sector organisations, assisting them to achieve higher and timely performance levels and return on their investments in the application of improvement development platforms and special project management initiatives. All too often though, his experience has been that organisations' use of strategic models and management theories that had gone well past their sell by date has resulted in repetitive forms again and again, with gradual and even devastating declines in business performance followed by the inevitable phase of analysis paralysis and self-destruction. His reflections and research show that there are particular strategic and tactical development investments that will certainly benefit from quantum leap management thinking and activities in both formal and informal demand-led action inspired development environments.
