Biografía del autor
Liz O'Rourke is a training consultant (Tel: 0118 957 3072), was previously training manager with Berkshire Social Services, and has had wide experience in care work. Hazel Grant has 18 years experience in social work in London, Kent and Warwickshire, and is currently responsible for providing strategic information systems training, and Data Protection/Freedom of Information advice, in Warwickshire Social Services.
