Jan Luba QC is a barrister in the housing team at Garden Court Chambers in London. Called to the Bar in 1980 and made Queen's Counsel in 2000, he is one of the leading authorities on housing law and practice. Deirdre Forster is a solicitor and partner at Powell Forster Solicitors in London, specialising in disrepair, homelessness, leasehold disputes and personal injury. Beatrice Prevatt is a barrister at Garden Court Chambers in London, practising in all areas of housing
