Nectar of Non-Dual Truth, A Journal of Universal Religious and Philosophical Teachings is an annual publication that contains articles on the philosophy and spirituality of Vedanta and other religious traditions by authentic practitioners and teachers. Issue #39 is dedicated to the methods, practice, and experience of divine life and practice across a variety of religious and spiritual Traditions, with a particular focus on the practices that transform one’s mind and its perceptions, and a sub-focus on the nature and roots of suffering - leading to inner peace and the capacity for selfless service and ultimately, Enlightenment. In this issue we include teachings from Vedanta, Advaita Vedanta, Judaism, Tibetan Buddhism, Shingon Buddhism, and Christianity. Teachers and practitioners include: Rabbi Rami Shapiro, Swami Sunirmalananda, Swami Brahmeshananda, Lex Hixon, Anam Thubten, Rev. Kosho Finch, Babaji Bob Kindler, Anurag Neal Aronowitz, Deacon Peter Solan, O.P. Sharma, and Annapurna Sarada. The always popular feature, Nectar of Advaitic Instruction, along with Wisdom Facets from the Gem of Truth, and quotes from the Worlds Religious Traditions complete this special issue.

Babaji Bob Kindler is the Spiritual Director of the Sarada Ramakrishna Vivekananda (SRV) Associations. He was initiated into the Ramakrishna lineage by revered Swami Aseshanandaji, a direct disciple of Sri Sarada Devi, the wife and spiritual consort of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa. Babaji is also the editor of Nectar of Non-Dual Truth and the author of many books on India's eternal Wisdom, including Footfalls of the Indian Rishis, Charting the Timeless Wisdom of Mother India. As an exponent of blending Jnana Yoga with the path of sound called Shabda Brahman, Babaji is also an accomplished musician, multi-instrumentalist, and recording artist in both Western classical and Eastern raga-based music. He has composed and produced over 25 albums in these musical styles.
Lex Hixon (Sheikh Nur al-Jerrahi) received his Ph.D. in World Religions from Columbia University in 1976. He then became an adept practitioner of several of the world's sacred traditions including: Vedanta in the Ramakrishna Lineage via initiation by Swami Nikhilananda; Sufism, as a sheikh in the Al Jerrahi Order of Turkey in charge of communities in North America and Mexico (via ordination by Sheikh Muzaffer); Tibetan Buddhism; Eastern Orthodox Christianity; and Zen Buddhism via Bernie Glassman Sensei. From 1971 to 1984 he conducted a weekly radio show in New York City called "In The Spirit," interviewing spiritual teachers from around the world. An enlightened spiritual teacher, he guided many souls along their chosen path. Among his books are Great Swan, Mother of the Universe, Heart of the Koran, Atom from the Sun of Knowledge, Mother of the Buddhas, and Living Buddha Zen.
