Sinopsis

Folens Foundations for Literacy Word Books are a simple yet extremely practical series of three books, which list the common words alphabetically with space to add the pupils own words. Each book represents a different stage in the childs learning.

• By adding their own words to the page, the child builds up a personal dictionary.
• The alphabet runs across the bottom of every page in upper and lower case with the appropriate letter highlighted.
• The initial letter on every line gives the child a guidline to practise the letter shape, and avoids words being entered on the wrong page.
• Upper case letters at the end of every page allow space to write proper nouns.
• Black type indicates words introduced in previous book(s), which are reinforced again and again as the books progress.
