Biografía del autor

Mert Caliskan is a Principle Software Architect living in Ankara, Turkey. With over 10 years of expertise in software development, he has mainly worked on architectural designs of Enterprise Web Applications, specializing in Java. He is also an open source advocate for software projects such as PrimeFaces and a committer and founder of various other ones. He shares his knowledge and ideas in local and international conferences; JSFDays'08, JDC2010, CeTURK'10 and Gelecex'12. He is a member of OpenLogic Expert Community and the Apache Software Foundation. Oleg Varaksin is a senior software engineer living in Germany, Black Forest. Oleg is a graduated computer scientist who studied informatics at Russian and German universities. His main work and 'daily bread' for the last six-seven years consisted of building Struts, JSP, JSF, Spring and jQuery-based web applications, mostly document management systems. He is an experienced JSF expert and has worked with the component library PrimeFaces since its beginning in 2009. He is also a well-known member of the PrimeFaces community and co-creator of the PrimeFaces Extensions project - additional JSF 2 components for PrimeFaces. Besides these technologies, he has also worked as a front-end developer with many other web/JS frameworks: GWT, Prototype, YUI Library, etc. and implemented his own Ajax framework before all the Ajax hype about AJAX began. Oleg normally shares his acquired knowledge in his blog, http://ovaraksin.blogspot.com.
