Chris Husbands is a qualified UKA Athletics coach and masters athlete with Belgrave Harriers and runs his own personal training business. He trains athletes from grassroots up to senior club competition level and has also worked with visually impaired and blind athletes in conjunction with Run England. Chris is also fitness advisor and consultant with the John Lewis partnership in London and he has contributed to various health and fitness magazines.
