About the Author:

Juliet Harbutt has written articles for a variety of publications and broadcasts regularly on radio and television. Juliet, who is a Chevalier de Taste Fromage and a member of the Guilde des Fromagers, is the creator and chairman of both the British Cheese Awards and the New Zealand Cheese Awards.

Roz Denny is an accomplished food writer who has written on many culinary subjects, including rice, fish and shellfish, Chinese and Italian food and microwave cooking, as well as her specialty, vegetarian food, and cooking for children. She is the freelance editor for Weight Watchers magazine and a regular contributor to House and Garden magazine. Her culinary expertise also extends from food styling for photography, demonstrations, television, video and radio broadcasts to advising companies on new food trends and new product development ideas. Published works which Roz has either written or edited include Vegetarian: 200 Classic Recipes Shown Step by Step (Lorenz Books), Cheese: A Visual Guide to 400 Cheeses with 150 Recipes (Southwater), A Chef For All Seasons and Gordon Ramsay's Just Desserts (both Quadrille), Cooking For Beginners (Usborne), The Green Diet (Orion), and A Passion For Seafood (Conran Octopus).
