Foreword by Bear Grylls
More people today are choosing to shun personal comfort when they travel to remote destinations, instead seeking challenges that test their ability to survive in hostile and often extreme environments. Former Royal Marine Commando and outdoor survival expert Dave Pearce has travelled worldwide, visiting some of the most inhospitable environments. His survival skills are based on having been there and done it. Dave’s practical guide for intrepid survivalists offers planned and improvised survival skills for a weekend away in the woods, or for the most extreme environments on earth.
