Andy Bain is Tutor in Community Justice Studies at the Institute of Criminal Justice Studies, University of Portsmouth.
David Carson is Reader in Law and Behavioural Sciences at the Institute of Criminal Justice Studies, University of Portsmouth. He has written extensively on risk-taking, psychology and law.
