This encyclopaedic book uncovers all the mysteries of dog grooming. The first part is dedicated to routine caring for the pet dog in the home, while part two is devoted to professional grooming. There are chapters on starting out in business, disorders, and handling common problems, such as difficult dogs. The final part covers the individual breeds. Each chapter is dedicated to a coat type, and step-by-step instructions are given on how to groom each breed from start to finish. More than 500 top-class colour photographs and line drawings complement the all-important advice. Over 500 step-by-step photographs and annotated drawings.
