Biografía del autor
Phil Parnham is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Professional Development Director at BlueBox partners. He has many years' experience in higher education where he developed a range of training services for those working in the residential property sector. At BlueBox, he continues to develop this work as well as launching a number of unique and innovative training initiatives including distance learning and assessment programmes for those working in the property sector. Phil has also written a number of other books, including RICS Survey Writer: Sample Phrases for the RICS HomeBuyer Report, for RICS.
