Acerca de los autores

Virginia Mantouvalou is Professor of Human Rights and Labour Law and Co-Director of the Institute for Human Rights at UCL. She is the author most recently of Structural Injustice and Workers’ Rights (OUP, 2023). Her research has appeared in leading journals and has been cited in judicial decisions, including by the European Court of Human Rights and the Constitutional Court of South Africa. Her awards include a British Academy Mid-Career Fellowship and a UCL Provost Award for Public Engagement. She has worked as Specialist Advisor to the UK Joint Committee of Human Rights and a consultant of the Council of Europe and the International Labour Organisation. She is also Chair of the NGO Kalayaan, working on the rights of migrant domestic workers.



Jonathan Wolff is Alfred Landecker Professor of Values and Public Policy, Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford and Governing Body Fellow, Wolfson College Oxford.
