Most of us business owners and non-profits, spend most of our time “fighting fires”. Honestly, from my end, fires that I could easily have avoided, in “hindsight”. Yes “hindsight” is a wonderful thing, isn’t it? But without a map (like PRALOF), hindsight is all there is. And problems will always expand in to any time and space presented to them. My belief is if you don’t create your holistic framework, by asking these six questions, that you will end up fighting more fires than you needed to.And we all know how fighting fires turns out!It’s only six questions!
