Colin Ward holds an M.S. in professional counseling from Winona State University and a Ph.D. in counseling from Oregon State University. He is a professor and doctoral chair of the Counselor Education and Supervision program at Antioch University Seattle. Katherine Nordell Fort holds a Ph.D. in counseling from Oregon State University. She is a professor at Antioch University Seattle, where she teaches in the Doctoral Counselor Education and Supervision Program. She works in private practice, specializing in counseling supervision.
Bill Heusler holds an M.A. in professional counseling from Lindenwood University and a Psy.D. in clinical psychology from the Washington School of Professional Psychology.
