She leads the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting antenatal education programme. She is a Teaching Partner at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, University of Oxford and is the lead author of the study: An Evaluation of Mindfulness
Mark Pallis began practising mindfulness in 2015 and is author of a number of children’s books that focus on mindfulness.
