The Pink Ribbon Path is a path for healing and hope, which once embarked upon, becomes a daily joy. The first edition of this book was written during Mary Ussher's fight against cancer; from diagnosis to treatment, and what came after. It includes original prayers and reflections as well as extracts from a wide range of sources, which offer comfort and strength to the thousands of women who go through breast cancer treatment every year. Following The Pink Ribbon Path is a revised edition which includes Mary's original book and a new introduction and biography written by Mary's son.

Mary Redmond Ussher (1950-2015) was a distinguished employment lawyer, academic and social entrepreneur. Founder of two national charities in Ireland (The Irish Hospice Foundation & The Wheel), her contribution in those areas changed the face of the charitable and hospice sectors in Ireland. Over the course of her own six-year journey with breast cancer, and inspired by her deep faith and spirituality, she lived out a path of love, compassion and wholeness that she came to call The Pink Ribbon Path. She was married, with one son.
