Andrew Buchan is a clinical negligence and personal injury specialist, with experience of a wide range of clinical negligence claims from high value brain injury, cerebral palsy and missed spinal injury claims, to claims including ambulance delays, failure to diagnose meningitis, failure to diagnose leukaemia and other types of cancer, and dental negligence claims. His experience in personal injury covers road traffic claims, including severe spinal injury claims, workplace claims and disease claims, including fatal accident claims, work related upper limb disorder claims, manual handling claims, work equipment claims, working at height claims and claims for harassment and occupational stress.

Eliot Woolf specialises exclusively in the fields of personal injury (domestic and international) and clinical negligence. His personal injury work has a focus on spinal injury claims, military claims and foreign accident/ group illness claims. His clinical negligence practice is wide ranging, representing both claimants and defendants. He is listed in the main directories as a leading silk in the fields of Clinical Negligence, Personal injury and Travel Law.

Jenny Kennedy is a Partner in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department at Anthony Gold Solicitors. She specialises in complex and serious head and spinal injury claims.
