Rosie Birkett is a food writer and journalist. She has written on culinary matters for the likes of The Guardian, The Spectator, and Grazia, and worked in-house for several UK food magazines. Rosie is based in Hackney, East London, but travels the world to taste and report on different cuisines. Rosie has written recipes for her own youtube video series with Videojug, is currently a restaurant reviewer for video app and website 60 Second Reviews, and appeared as a guest critic on UK Masterchef series 9. She has contributed to various cookbooks including Alain Ducasse's foodie guide to London, J'aime London. Rosie is currently Easyjet Traveller's intrepid food columnist, and tweets @rosiefoodie, with 20k followers.
