Paris has always felt very passionate about making cakes and loves the joy and amazement that they evoke in her friends and customers. Paris bought Planet Cake in 2003 and it has since gone from strength to strength. Paris and her customised cake business are both internationally renowned and are an integral part of the Sydney food scene. Apart from producing great works of cake art for celebrities like Nicole Kidman, Celine Dion and gourmets alike, she works for media companies and runs popular cake decorating classes. Paris has also appeared on many television shows due to the popularity of her famous cake creations and classes.
