Does it sometimes seem as though no matter what you do-even achieving great things in life-you still feel empty, less than, or just not good enough? Do you find yourself constantly looking to food, alcohol, social media, pornography, other external comforters, only to find that the satisfaction doesn't last? Do you feel as if you have done everything possible to get unstuck, but still seek endlessly?
Dr. Don W. Jones, a seasoned spiritual advisor and holistic addiction professional, presents a contemporary perspective on seven ancient principles. His take on these hermetic life truths allows you to find the peace, joy and love that are already within you. Through a modern interpretation of timeless philosophies, you will discover key life tools that allow for more being and less doing. Illustrated with stories and examples, useful exercises, and dozens of tips, these revelations give you the opportunity to get unstuck as you learn how to:
*Find ongoing serenity.
*Unlock your innate abilities for healing and creativity.
*Accept and rise above the seemingly unacceptable aspects of life.
*Uncover and recover your own inner powers and joy.
*Transform unhealthy mental and emotional states of being.
*Overcome anything that prevents you from just being you.
Even if you don't believe it right now, you can discover that you have the answers within you. If you are tired of being stuck in life and seek contentment and wholeness, Finding True Inner Comfort is for you.
