Born in Denver Colorado, Genie explored a love of learning at an early age and never looked back. After graduating with a master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education, she taught primarily in the private sector and has professionally tutored for many years. Educating special populations from infants to adults has allowed her to incorporate memorable experiences into her writing. Writing became a passion for Genie when she retired (early) from writing and teaching college courses online. Upon retiring from the classroom, Genie discovered FOREX trading. From the beginning she enjoyed trading regularly. She interviewed both seasoned traders and newer traders to create the PIP$ PROFIT$ & POWER series. Both writing and FOREX trading have become passions that she blended into these publications. Genie enjoys spending time with their children, grandchildren and family. Genie shares the thrills of international travel and cruising with her husband Michael, when they are not at home in Hollywood, Florida. She continues to love the great mountains of Colorado, golf, Belly Dancing and just about any sandy beach. She continues to grow daily as a person, woman, wife, friend, and writer.
