Sinopsis
The Powers Manual is an essential guide for understanding Benzodiazepine withdrawal and recovery. It uses cognitive-behavioral techniques that have shown to be very effective in treating anxiety disorders, depression, and withdrawal. This guide differs from similar literature, not only in the presentation, but also in the author who presents the material. Acerca del autor
David Powers is a developing psychologist, currently working on his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, with a special focus in Art Therapy, Jungian psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. In addition to his education and career as a psychologist, David is a neo-renaissance artist, a photographer, writer & musician who loves coffee, wolves, and nature. David currently resides in Florida.
