Salomon Trismosin was an adept and teacher of Paracelsus. He also wrote Splendor Solis, a well-known text with 22 color plates. Trismosin was born in Germany in the 15th century. His Golden Fleece was almost as popular as The Hieroglyphics and Testament of Nicolas Flamel. Descriptions of various enigmatic figures are included throughout Golden Fleece. These correspond with the illustrations also found in Splendor Solis. However, they are not arranged in the same order as they are in Splendor Solis (1582). They are reproduced here in grayscale in this Second Edition of The Golden Fleece. Based upon my examination of the original handwritten calligraphy in Splendor Solis (1582 edition, in German), I believe that The Golden Fleece is simply another version of Splendor Solis. This Volume also includes the works originally presented in the R.A.M.S. release, Three Tracts: OF NATURE AND ART LIBER TRIUM VERBORUM OF KING CALID THE PHILOSOPHICAL CANONS OF PARACELSUS
