In an attempt to empower the individual, this simple guide to soft tissue maintenance is designed as an easy-to-use handbook for improving flexibility and resetting muscle imbalances. It takes advanced exercise science and packages it into simple and useable english so everybody and anybody can help themselves to self-treat, manage and prevent musculoskeletal pain. There are also specific sections for five of the most common areas of pain, with a step-by-step prehabilitation plan for each. These techniques are based on 20 years of experience in the industry and will hopefully allow the reader to resolve issues themselves or at the least, support resolution in conjunction with professional practitioner help. The ideal use of this handbook is in a proactive way to help optimise quality of life and support a life without physical limitations.
