Dr. Vineet Kumar Sharma is a former Assistant Professor at the Lovely Professional University Jalandhar. He is emerging writer in the field of Yoga and Physical Education. He has experience of more than eight years in the field of yogic practices. He did Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D. degree in Physical Education with the specialization of Yogic Sciences from the Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, Gwalior. He has written his Ph.D thesis on “Effect of Suryanamaskar with Breathing and Mantras on Selected Psycho-Physiological Variables”. He has published more than 10 papers/articles to his credit in reputed journals on various yogic practices. He has also organised various yoga camps and training sessions like summer camps (LNIPE Gwalior), training camps (for national army shooter), etc. Dr. Sunil Deshmukh is presently Yoga Instructor in Department of Yogic Sciences, LNIPE Gwalior. He has been actively associated with teaching, training and research or more than 20 years.
