Nicholas Matthews is a South African based Investment Banking professional. Nick's experience includes advising on domestic and cross-border mid-market transaction over a career of 20 years. Nick has lead KPMG's M&A practice in South Africa, and served on KPMG Global M&A executive committee. Nick has also developed and rolled out KPMG's Global M&A traning, and is now an independent advisor in association with Melcofin & Co. Nick is a Chartered Accountant by training.
