Jodi Magaram Bell helps people open dialogue by using council, a practice designed to foster deeper understanding and build connections through the sharing of life experiences. She has both facilitated councils and trained others to facilitate their own councils by asking thought-provoking questions in workplaces, social service organizations, schools and prisons. Jodi's education includes an A.B. in Political Science from Brown University (magna cum laude) and a law degree with distinction from Stanford Law School. A Los Angeles native, Jodi enjoys speed walking in the hills, backpacking in the Sierras, getting creative in the kitchen, spending time with her husband and children, and practicing yoga.
