Acerca del autor

William Timmerman has a PhD in Counseling and Diplomate, American Psychotherapy Association. He has many years of experience as a vocational evaluator, rehabilitation consultant and adjunct professor at Bowling Green State University and the Medical College of Ohio. He was a surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for fourteen years and evaluated more than one-hundred organizations across the nation. He has a special interest in assessment of work adjustment that led to his books Understanding Work Adjustment and Needs and Employment. His continued research has led to the development and use of the Work Orientation Information Survey (WOI) that is a very unique interview guide for assessing and predicting a person’s adjustment to work.
