Scheduling – Next you learn to use the project management software tool: Microsoft Project®or the free version of Gantter®. Our scheduling methodology lets you build and maintain professional schedules in ten minutes for small and medium projects.  At each step, you see your schedule and can revise it to match what is in the book. Then you launch your case study project. Tracking – Your team starts their assignments and sends you status data each week.  Using this data , you update your schedule and analyze the variances.You plan for corrective action to get the project back on schedule.   You will learn variance analysis, earned value and how to make a status report to the executives.
