Four English Old Boys have a fantasy adventure in the Nilgiris tea plantations of South India. This book takes inspiration from Kenneth Grahame's classic 'The Wind in the Willows' but makes the animal heroes come alive as real life English worthies - as they were always meant to be. They are now in the very different world of today, but nostalgia for the past and the Raj is strongly accented in these Brexit times. This work could be called an essay in Occidentalism [the reverse of Orientalism], a look at English values from an Indian perspectives, but all still kindly wrapped up in a 'spiffing' adventure.
