Experience the Promised Power of Word and Spirit Is something missing from your spiritual life? You believe in God's Word and read it regularly, but your daily experience of God often feels empty and powerless. Let author and pastor Roc Bottomly guide you to a new way of experiencing God. In this fascinating book filled with fresh biblical insights and powerful true stories, you'll discover that those "strange" actions of what Roc calls "Spirit people"--speaking in tongues, healing, demonstrative worship-are not phony or impossible. In fact, those things may be just what you're missing. If you desire a complete relationship with God Himself, open your heart and mind to the growing Word-Spirit movement and experience The Promised Power. "The Promised Power is a delightfully engaging companion for a journey of discovery that is as wonderous as it is perilous." KEN GIRE author of Moments with the Savior and Windows of the Soul "At last! A book that practically and biblically shows believers how they can know the piercing power that comes when the Word and the Spirit flow together. Bravo, Roc, for your candor and for the challenge to press forward until we personally experience the promised power." LORRAINE PINTUS coauthor of Intimate Issues and Gift-Wrapped by God
