Jamming Gears: The Misadventures of Ricky Johnson, Book 2 - Tapa blanda

Sinopsis

Truck driving is a way of life and geography lesson, other than an occupation, and Jamming Gears puts you into the driver’s seat. Ricky Johnson leaves balmy Southern California to go to truck driving school, where she learns it’s almost impossible to drive an eighteen-wheeler and even harder to back one up. She loves it on the road and has the adventure of her life, driving around the country with another female student. When the harsh weather terrifies Ricky, she decides to sit out the winter in Salt Lake City with the love of her life, Roper Carson. But love’s not always fair and come spring, Roper derails her like a freight train when he refuses to drive over the road with her. To make matters even worse, truck driving is highly addictive and gets in your blood. Once that happens, the disease has to run its course, and you can’t live a normal life until it does. Ricky’s torn between the two loves of her life, until the call of the open road becomes stronger than her love for Roper. Ultimately, she has to choose between them. Jamming Gears continues Ricky Johnson’s story, as she braves the open road, the four winds and Mother Nature for the wildest ride of her life.
