Mihir Joshi is working as Assistant Professor of Marketing with Banasthali Vidyapith University. He has completed his PhD in Emotional Intelligence and Consumer Decision making. He received prestigious ICSSR doctoral fellowship in 2016. His background includes bachelors in engineering and technology and Masters in Business Management. He has patent on AI and publications on entrepreneurship, IOT, Employee engagement in Scopus index journals. His wide area of interest includes Mindfulness, Workforce diversity and Entrepreneurial education. Besides Academia he has several years of industrial experience.

Dr. Mohsen Brahmi is affiliated to the University of Sfax.

Luigi Alieri is a Professor at the University of Salerno, Italy.

Concetto Paolo Vinci is Full Professor in Economic Policy, University of Salerno, Faculty of "Scienze Politiche".
