Manina Urgolo Huckvale , Ed.D.; ., Teacher of the Handicapped license in NJ and NY; , NJ Supervisor certificate; , Speech Correctionist, NY, is an associate professor of Special Education and former department chair of Special Education, Professional Counseling and Disability Studies at William Paterson University of New Jersey, her expertise is in teacher education, special education and transitions for students with Autism. Kelly McNeal is an Associate Professor in the Department of Special Education and Counseling at William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ. She currently is the Chair of the Department of Special Education and Counseling. Dr. McNeal has a Ph.D. in Language, Literacy and Learning from Fordham University.
