John Archambault is a poet, journalist and storyteller who hyas worked with Bill Martin Jr on many projects. He lives in Idyllwild, California. Lois Ehlert has illustrated a number of children's books, including the Caldecott Honor Book Color Zoo. She lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
