Sinopsis

This book or rather group of short stories/homilies are written from a viewpoint of how God has provided truth in the scripture to apply to the many situations that life presents and gives us guidance through pain, fear, failure and success. The reflections that play out in these stories show the truth of Gods promise to be with us and show Himself in life as it happens and that God is the breath and wisdom of our lives, not just a Sunday morning visit to a pew. In whatever we face and in whatever we experience, whether we view it as good and wonderful or painful and trying, God can be found directing us, counselling us and holding us upright in the journey. Jesus is the great friend and the Holy Spirit the great companion as we face the challenge of whatever fires are before us. Through addiction, trauma and life God has not altered, never given up on me and has been faithful to show himself through the greatest storms and during the greatest times of peace. Jesus is hope.
